Welcome to Mi Nails & Spa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of our beauty, cosmetic and personal care services at our studio in East Legon, Accra, Ghana. By browsing this website, making a booking, or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide nail care (manicures, gel and extensions), pedicures, spa treatments, facials, massages, lashes, brows, waxing and related beauty services. Service descriptions, prices and durations are shown on this website and may change from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.
To book an appointment, select one or more services, choose an available date and time, and complete the checkout process. A booking is only confirmed once your payment (a 50% deposit or the full amount) has been successfully processed by Paystack. You will receive a booking reference on the confirmation page — please keep it safe, as it is how we identify your appointment.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, including a valid Ghana phone number. If we cannot reach you about your appointment, we may not be able to honour it.
At checkout you may choose to pay a 50% deposit of the total service price or pay in full. The deposit is non-refundable and is collected securely via Paystack to confirm your appointment. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining 50% balance is payable at the salon before or after your service, as advised by our team.
All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We accept the payment methods offered by Paystack, including debit and credit cards, mobile money and bank options.
Once a booking is confirmed, we do not offer refunds. Whatever you pay at booking time — a 50% deposit or the full amount — is non-refundable, and all bookings are final. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other clients. If you do not attend your appointment and have not notified us, the amount you paid (a 50% deposit or the full price) will be forfeited.
You agree to treat our team with respect and to behave appropriately at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a client is abusive, intoxicated, or presents a health condition that makes a treatment unsafe. In such cases no refund will be provided.
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions (such as pregnancy, skin conditions, or nail infections) before your treatment so we can advise you accordingly.
We take great care to provide high-quality services. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings, arising from your visit, the use of this website, or the unavailability of an appointment.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, interfere with other users, or use it fraudulently. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.
Online payments are processed by Paystack, a third-party payment provider. Your payment information is handled by Paystack under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not store your card details.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and branding — is the property of Mi Nails & Spa and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the date above shows when it was last updated. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
